Obtained IATF16949 certification
The automobile industry is expanding not only in Japan but also as the world's key industry, and the quality requirements for individual parts are also increasing to ensure “safety” that should be given the highest priority to automobiles. Our Koshigaya factory have established a management system to continuously maintain the high quality required by the automotive industry, and obtained IATF16949 certification in 2019. To become a company required by society, we keep moving forward.
Obtained ISO9001 certification
Our Koshigaya factory acquired ISO9001 certification in 2005, and incorporated management responsibility into the quality management process and built the next generation management system. In the development process, by examining the materials and shapes in detail, we propose the most suitable screw based on the accumulated technical information. In order to provide the best products that meet customer needs at any time, we will continue to implement strict quality control while looking to the future.
Obtained ISO14001 certification
To take over the irreplaceable global environment to future generations is the responsibility of each of us living in the current generation. Our Head office, North kanto branch, and South kanto branch introduced an environmental management system to reduce environmental impact, and acquired ISO 14001 certification in 2004. We strive to coexist with the global environment by thinking seriously and working on environmental conservation.
