Production Facility Information
The main production method we use is only called cold-pressed fabrication, and this technique makes the most effective use of resources with no off-cuts being produced. This technique involves the use of metal dies, enabling the mass production of a uniform, low-cost, high-quality product at high processing speeds. Screw parts are constantly evolving and becoming more sophisticated, and so on top of the know-how we have built up to date as a specialist screw manufacturer, we always use the very latest equipment to produce screw parts.
In addition, we also have our own electrical discharge machinery and polishing equipment, which allows us to manufacture and reshape dies ourselves. What this means is that we are able to tailor dies precisely to our customers' requirements, and are therefore able to produce high-precision screw parts quickly. Also having a full-range of testing, analysis, and measurement equipment, we have the best possible quality assurance system in place.
Cold-press work screws are produced through shearing, upsetting, trimming, rolling and other plastic working. The manufacturing steps are as follows.

Note: To cut the female thread, a roll tap is used and the rolling process is performed for forming so that no cuttings are generated.
